Picnic Information

We will plan to eat at 12:30 or 1:00. For supper, we will probably send out for KFC or some such thing. Everyone can pitch in to buy it.

Everyone is asked to bring:
  • Your own meat to grill.

  • A dish to share. For those traveling, they might want to pick up something from a grocery store, deli, or bakery.

  • Canned / bottled drinks - bring extra, if you can, to make sure we have enough.

  • Each family of four or more is asked to bring a package of buns.

  • There will be a "collection basket" to cover the cost of paper goods, charcoal, eating utensils, condiments, ice, etc.

  • Any games or sports equipment they might want to bring.

  • Park Passes
Park passes will be distributed in person to those who are here by Friday. If you are traveling and want a park pass mailed to you next month, you must tell Mike Passerotti.

    T-shirt Update

As far as T-shirts go, people must get their money in right away. Lori Passerotti is making up the shirts for us. The cost will be the same. We will not be getting a quantity discount because not enough people ordered them. But we will be getting a better price because Lori works at the shirt place. So it evens out.

    Conclusion

If the cost of a place to stay is holding you back, then please call Mike Passerotti. We can arrange for a place for you since we will have a house and an apartment at the time of the picnic.
